Software Licensing Framework
AlPresi Research grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our proprietary software engines, including AlPresi Vector and AlPresi RTX. You strictly agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our systems.
Commercial Billing & Tax Obligations
Fees & GST: All service, subscription, and licensing fees are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are strictly subject to statutory Goods and Services Tax (18% GST), added openly at checkout.
No-Refund Policy: Because our services deliver immediate digital access to specialized execution utilities and proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final. No refunds or pro-rated cancellations are offered.
Limitation of Liability
AlPresi Research holds absolute immunity from any financial or operational damages arising from execution slippage, market volatility, local hardware crashes, private server disconnects, or broker-side API gateway errors.
